- Make sure the items are securely packaged, removing all old labels and enclosing your completed returns/exchange form.
- Affix the smart label that was included with your items to the outside of the box.
- Enter your name and address into the top left corner of the smart label.
Now choose one of the following convenient options with USPS:
- Deliver the parcel to your local Post Office.
- Leave the box for USPS to collect or simply pass it to your company mailroom.
- Arrange a carrier pickup from your address at www.usps.com.
All returns will be shipped to a US address and then forwarded to Samuel Windsor in the UK.
Simply visit www.samuel-windsor.com/rebound and follow the instructions to locate your most convenient local returns service and process your return online.
- Simply enter your details at www.samuel-windsor.com/rebound. Our returns portal is also mobile friendly to ensure the process is as easy as possible.
- Choose your local return method. Each return method is tailored to your location to ensure a hassle-free approach.
- Pack and send your items back to us. Once completed you'll receive a confirmation email with your returns label attached. Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include with your return.
- Track your return. You can track your return via the details in your confirmation email.
